Based in Cork, Ireland & New Britain, Connecticut USA, providing an international service, Roger Cahill has over 25 years experience in the Security and Loss Prevention Industry. Roger holds a Diploma in Risk Management and is registered and certified by SII (Security Institute of Ireland).

Roger has worked for major Multi-National Companies in Loss Prevention including Lidl Ireland where he investigated nationally in their stores incidents of shoplifting, internal theft & insurance claims. Compiling footage of all incidents along with written reports.

Other major companies include TJX Europe (TK Maxx) where Roger worked as a Loss Prevention Advisor and a Refund Fraud Specialist. Successfully identifying and apprehending shoplifters, internal theft by staff and many cases of refund fraud.

As an Area Manager in Loss Prevention for Tesco Ireland, Roger oversaw 14 stores, visiting each monthly to carry out checks on Loss Prevention procedures and ensuring merchandise protection (tagging) was in place on desirable and high value goods.

Roger also worked as a SOC Officer (Security Operations Center Officer) for Apple at their European Headquarters in Cork, Ireland covering the EMEIA and as an acting Chief of Security at Waterford Regional Hospital.
